At Penina Studio, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. Therefore, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect, damage, or an error with your order.
If you experience a problem with your item, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All requests must be submitted via email to peninastudio@outlook.com with your order number in the subject line. Our team will review your request to determine eligibility according to our policy.
Please note: Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval. You will receive an official approval or denial notification via email.

To be eligible for a return due to a problem:

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges

In-store exchanges only: Available at our Gemmayze store in Beirut, Lebanon.

Online exchanges: We do not process direct online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an online purchase, you must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you via email whether the refund is approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
